PUZZLE NO. 99 : Irregular Kropki Sudoku

This is a hybrid of Irregular Sudoku and Kropki Sudoku.

RULES : Place a digit from 1 to 9 in each empty cell so that each digit appears exactly once in each row, column and outlined region. Each outlined region is marked by thick borders.
Additionally, if the absolute difference between two digits in neighboring cells equals 1, then they are separated by a white dot. If the digit in a cell is half or double of the digit in a neighboring cell, then they are separated by a black dot. The dot staying between 1 and 2 can have any of these dots. All possible dots are marked.
