PUZZLE NO. 143 : Star Product Sudoku

RULES : Classic sudoku rules apply. Clues outside the grid are the product of digits in all cells marked with stars in the corresponding row or column.

PUZZLE NO. 142 : DUAL SUDOKU ( Outside Sudoku & 234 Outside Sudoku )

This is a dual sudoku. It can be solved individually, both as an Outside Sudoku as well as a 234 Outside Sudoku.

RULES FOR OUTSIDE SUDOKU : Place a digit from 1 to 9 in each empty cell so that each digit appears exactly once in each row, column and 3x3 box. Additionally, the digits outside the grid must appear in one of the first three cells seen from that edge of the grid.

RULES FOR 234 OUTSIDE SUDOKU : Place a digit from 1 to 9 in each empty cell so that each digit appears exactly once in each row, column and 3x3 box. Additionally, the digits outside the grid must appear in either the 2nd, 3rd or 4th cell seen from that edge of the grid.

PUZZLE NO. 141 : Alternating Stripes Sudoku

RULES : Classic sudoku rules apply. "Large" and "small" digits alternate along the grey stripes. A "large" digit is larger than its two neighbors on the stripe while a "small" digit is smaller. Whether the digits on both ends of the stripe are the smaller or larger ones is not specified. Digits may repeat on stripes. 

PUZZLE NO. 140 : Missing Arrow Sudoku

RULES : Classic sudoku rules apply. The grey lines represent incomplete arrows. The digit on one end of each line is the sum of the other digits on the same line.

PUZZLE NO. 139 : Parity On Line Sudoku

RULES : Classic sudoku rules apply. Along each grey line, the digits have the same parity.

PUZZLE NO. 138 : German Whispers Sudoku

RULES : Classic sudoku rules apply. Adjacent digits along each marked line have a difference of at least 5.

PUZZLE NO. 137 : Double Sandwich Sudoku

RULES : Classic sudoku rules apply. Clues outside the grid indicate the sum of the digit(s) placed between the digits 1,5 and 9 in the respective row or column in the correct order. The order of the digits 1,5 and 9 is not given.

PUZZLE NO. 136 : Consecutive Pairs - Thermo Hybrid Sudoku

RULES : Classic sudoku rules apply. Additionally, there are some thermometer shapes in the grid. The numbers are in increasing order from the bulb to the flat end on each thermometer. If a white circle is given between two adjacent cells , then the numbers in those cells will be consecutive. Not all white circles are given , which means adjacent cells without a white circle may or may not contain consecutive digits.

PUZZLE NO. 135 : Offset Sudoku

RULES : Classic sudoku rules apply. A digit in a grey cell must be placed in the Nth position in the next row, where N is the digit immediately to the right of the grey cell.

PUZZLE NO. 134 : Symmetric Parity Sudoku

 

RULES : Classic sudoku rules apply. Each pair of numbers that are symmetric to each other will have same parity. ( For example R1C1 & R9C9 , R1C4 & R9C6 , R4C4 & R6C6 and so on will have same parity )

PUZZLE NO. 133 : Mirror Consecutive Sudoku

RULES : Classic sudoku rules apply : Digits placed in both pairs of 3x3 blocks in opposite corners must be consecutive relative to the center of the grid. 1 & 9 are also treated as consecutive digits.

PUZZLE NO. 132 : ODD SUM PAIR SUDOKU

RULES : Classic Sudoku rules apply. Additionally, a black circle between two adjacent cells implies that the sum of the digits in those two cells is odd. Not all black circles are given.

PUZZLE NO. 131 : 1-5-9 SUDOKU

RULES : Classic Sudoku rules apply. Digits in the 1st column indicate in which column digit 1 is placed in the respective row; digits in the 5th column indicate in which column digit 5 is placed in the respective row; digits in the 9th column indicate in which column digit 9 is placed in the respective row.

PUZZLE NO. 130 : Even Sudoku

RULES :  Classic sudoku rules apply. Additionally, cells having grey squares will contain only even digits.

PUZZLE NO. 129 : Creasing Sudoku

RULES : Classic sudoku rules apply. Along the grey lines, digits are strictly increasing or strictly decreasing according to the direction in which they are read.

PUZZLE NO. 128 : Answer 8 Sudoku

RULES : Classic sudoku rules apply. Circled 8s between two orthogonally ( horizontally or vertically ) adjacent cells imply that one of the four binary operations ( addtion , subtraction, multiplication or division ) on the marked cells result in an 8. If there is no circled 8 between two orthogonally adjacent cells, 8 cannot be produced by the two digits going through any of the four binary operations.

PUZZLE NO. 127 : Consecutive On Line Sudoku

RULES : Classic sudoku rules apply. The suites along the grey lines are formed of consecutive numbers ( i.e. the difference between two neighboring digits on a grey line is 1 ). Digits may repeat along a grey line.

RULES : Classic sudoku rules apply. Additionally, digits in each corresponding cell in both shaded figures are identical.

PUZZLE NO. 125 : Shifted Sudoku

RULES : Classic Sudoku rules apply. Some of the 3x3 boxes wrap around the grid.

PUZZLE NO. 124 : Irregular Sudoku

RULES : Place a digit from 1 to 9 in each empty cell so that each digit appears exactly once in each row, column and outlined region. Each outlined region is marked by thick borders.

PUZZLE NO. 123 : Thermo Arrow Hybrid Sudoku

RULES : Classic sudoku rules apply. Additionally, there are some thermometer shapes in the grid. The numbers are in increasing order from the bulb to the flat end on each thermometer. Also, there are some arrow shapes in the grid. The sum of the digits along the path of each arrow must equal the digit in the circled cell. Digits may repeat along an arrow.

RULES : Classic sudoku rules apply to each of the grids. Two grids are overlapping.

PUZZLE NO. 115 : Renban - Palindrome ( 50- 50 ) Sudoku

This is a hybrid of Renban Sudoku & Palindrome Sudoku

PUZZLE NO. 114 : ODD EVEN - 2 ODD 2 EVEN HYBRID SUDOKU

RULES : Classic Sudoku rules apply. Additionally, grey squares contain only even digits and grey circles contain only odd digits. Also, there can never be more than two consecutive digits of the same parity in any row/column. ( Two digits are of same parity if both of them are odd or both are even ).
