RULES : Classic Sudoku rules apply. The central 3x3 box serves as a map to the 9 corresponding 3x3 blocks. Wherever the central 3x3 block contains an odd digit, the corresponding 3x3 block must have three odd digits in at least one line (horizontal, vertical or diagonal). Wherever the central 3x3 block contains an even digit, the corresponding 3x3 block must have three even digits in a line (horizontal, vertical or diagonal). No 3x3 block can contain both a line of odd digits and a line of even digits.

ReplyDeleteThanks. Funnily, while setting this, I dont know why , but I had assumed that the central cell, i.e. r5c5 has to be 5 and created the puzzle. After test solving , i realized that r5c5 could be any digit. So, I place the digit 5 at r5c5.
