Puzzle No. 453: Odd Even Count Sudoku

Rules: Place a digit from 1 to 9 in each empty cell so that each digit appears exactly once in each row, column and 3x3 outlined box.
An even digit placed in a cell with a circle indicates the number of even digits placed in the surrounding 8 cells. An odd digit placed in a cell with a circle indicates the number of odd digits placed in the surrounding cells. Digits placed in cells without a circle may have either of these properties.
