RULES : Classic Sudoku rules apply. Additionally, there are some batteries in the grid and all batteries must be charged. A battery is charged when the sum of the digits in the first row is even and the sum of the digits in the second row is odd or vice versa.

Thanks very much for this. I was blank when I saw the IB and didn't know how to start and lost hope. This sudoku was reassuring :). I took long 9.09. But atleast I could complete. I hope the ISC is like this :)
