This puzzle was created by me for ISC 2021. But the testers found it a bit hard for a contest. So I am posting it on my blog.

Thanks Kishore. This is one of my favourites aa well. Everything worked out well - from the theme to the difficulty level. But the test solvers found it a bit too difficult for a competition. They felt people would resort to guessing.
