Hi all. Today's sudoku is from my book World Of Sudoku Vol #1. Hope you will like it. Give this a try. Freddie Hand, who test solved all sudokus from my book had taken 12.33 minutes on this sudoku. Lets see , if you guys can better that.

RULES : Classic sudoku rules apply. Additionally, every given clue is lying. The correct value is either one more or one less than the given clue.
Note : A 1 can only have value 2 and a 9 can only have value 8.
