Puzzle No. 434: XY Differences Sudoku

 

RULES: Place a digit from 1 to 9 in each empty cell so that each digit appears exactly once in each row, column and 3x3 outlined box. 

Horizontally adjacent cells marked by a diamond contain digits whose difference is equal to the first (leftmost) digit of the corresponding row.

Vertically adjacent cells marked by a diamond contain digits whose difference is equal to the first (topmost) digit of the corresponding column.

All such diamonds are marked.

Each marked line contains consecutive digits, in any order.

RULES: Place a digit from 1 to 9 in each empty cell so that each digit appears exactly once in each row, column and 3x3 outlined box. 

Every digit on a grey line must have a value which lies between the values of the two digits in the circles at the ends of the line. Digits may repeat along a line.

Puzzle No. 431: Killer-German Whispers Hybrid Sudoku

 

RULES: Place a digit from 1 to 9 in each empty cell so that each digit appears exactly once in each row, column and 3x3 outlined box. 

There are some cages in the grid. The number on the top left corner of each cage is equal to the sum of the digits in that cage. Digits do not repeat in a cage.

Adjacent digits along each green line have a difference of at least 5.

Puzzle No. 430: Consecutive Pairs Sudoku

 

RULES: Place a digit from 1 to 9 in each empty cell so that each digit appears exactly once in each row, column and 3x3 outlined box. 

If a grey circle is given between two adjacent cells, then the digits in those cells will be consecutive. Not all grey circles are given, which means adjacent cells without a grey circle may or may not contain consecutive digits.

Puzzle No. 429: Battenberg Sudoku

RULES: Place a digit from 1 to 9 in each empty cell so that each digit appears exactly once in each row, column and 3x3 outlined box. 

Wherever 2 odd and 2 even digits form a 2x2 checkerboard pattern, a Battenburg marking is given. If there is no marking, the above pattern is not allowed.

Puzzle No. 428: Lockout Lines Sudoku

 

RULES: Place a digit from 1 to 9 in each empty cell so that each digit appears exactly once in each row, column and 3x3 outlined box. 

Endpoints (Diamonds) must differ by at least 4. Digits on the line must be different than the endpoint values and must not fall between them. Each Lockout segment is treated as an independent Lockout Line. Digits can repeat if allowed by other rules.

RULES: Place a digit from 1 to 9 in each empty cell so that each digit appears exactly once in each row, column and 3x3 outlined box. 

There are some arrow shapes in the grid. The sum of the digits along the path of each arrow must equal the digit in the circled cell. Digits may repeat along an arrow.
