Puzzle No. 420: Odd Even Count Sudoku

RULES: Place a digit from 1 to 9 into each empty cell in the grid so that each digit appears exactly once in each row, column and 3x3 outlined box.

The digit in each circled cell is the number of digits in the 8 surrounding cells that have the same parity (odd/even) as that digit.
